This one is much larger with a patio that wraps around 3 sides of the building! I'm thinking of uploading version with interior design and more decorated. If you'd like this leave a comment so I can see if it's of interest!
All builds I'm uploading you'll be able to see in my server spawn for a reference on how they would look in a spawn setting. Just got to catch me when I'm working on spawn. I use them for NPC shops and places for tutorial

Thanks so much for your comment! I'm really trying to make them simple but just with repetitive features so not to over complicate but it's hard, probably why I don't do tutorials haha |
