This is a so called Smitty Magician's Factory Home from our Leniland Story Server. (Minecraft Java 1.17)
In this house the Smitty Magicians of Leniland live and build armors and tools for the Kings's Guard.
Paste it where you stand. It faces south. If you are using WorldEdit please use [//paste -e] to also paste the entities like armor stands etc.
The Building has a basement, so when you paste, it goes 5 blocks into the ground below your feed where you are standing.
It is one of many pieces of the Leniland Story Server, making it possible to create your own adventure map.

it doesn't work because it's a .schem file and not a .schematic or .litematic file |

If you need a .schematic file, just rename the .schem file to a .schematic file. Just tried it and it worked. But I also downloaded the file here and it worked fine. Used WorldEdit. |
