like I can change it if there is a reason behind it but from what i know they are the exact same and can work in single player worlds and on servers |

The idiot probably doesn't know himself. There is a difference... .schematic is a newer file format and more powerful, but from a pragmatic viewpoint, both are handled by WorldEdit (both bukkit and forge) so if your build works correctly as a .schem file, there's no reason to change it. |
