Here I built you guys a medium sized modern house. I have left the download completely free! This house is meant to be a fusion of the simplistic modern houses and some older rustic houses. I tried my best to even add some gothic elements in the roofs/chimneys. The build itself is meant to be a pleasing mixture of the new and old. Enjoy!
