Description

Complete with 60 unique residences, This is the SINGLE LARGEST schematic I've ever made! Each with their own special views, no mansion is exactly the same! I made the switch to 1.14.4 at the beginning of this build, and didn't learn WorldEdit until this project was completed. ALL OF THE WORK DONE WAS BY HAND, WITHOUT THE USE OF BUILDING AIDS. This has taken me 14 months to perfect and put together, truly, not a single inch of land was untouched. EACH lake was hand crafted to height and width requirements, I used 10's of thousands of water source buckets, and EACH tree was hand placed and grown with bone meal. there are literally thousands of trees, so you can imagine how long just those two tasks took. With a total block count of OVER 34 Million, I terraformed, and manicured a base piece of land, and built each and every residence to be as opulent as ever. Here are just some of the features:

-60 Unique residences, each varying in size. Multiple gated communities with varying numbers of residences, most of the gated communities share similar styling, but are not exactly alike.
-A large, hand-built set of roads and pathways, all lit up to the front doors of each residence.
-Large, open lakes, ponds, streams and rivers surround the perimeter and run throughout the schematic.
-A large park with a lit lake for comforting night strolls.
-All residences are empty to encourage personalization by the end user, if being used on a multiplayer server each player can have their own take on decoration.
-Many unique takes on architecture were done, the styling of these homes is completely different than my previous 3 Billionaire's Row entries.

These features and so much more natural beauty await you!

WARNING: THIS IS A .schem FILE, NOT A .schematic FILE. THIS IS MEANT FOR WORLDEDIT 1.14.4+, AND THIS CANNOT BE LOADED WITH MCEDIT WITHOUT USING A .schem TO .schematic CONVERTER! THIS ISN'T RECOMMENDED DUE TO THE LOSS OF BLOCKS FROM DOWNGRADING FROM 1.14.4 TO 1.12.2, WHICH IS THE LAST UPDATE MCEDIT WORKS ON. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMEDED THAT YOU HAVE WORLDEDIT AND FAWE INSTALLED ON FORGE/BUKKIT/SPIGOT AND READY TO GO IN ORDER TO LOAD THIS PROPERLY. THIS SCHEMATIC DOES WORK WHEN USED WITH THOSE PROGRAMS.

I most likely will never undertake a project this large again, and these pictures really do not do this justice. I highly encourage you to explore every inch of this schematic. THIS SCHEMATIC IS MEANT TO BE USED IN GAME VERSION 1.14.4+, WITH FLOWS HD RESOURCE PACK, AND WISDOM'S SHADER PACK. FAILURE TO USE THESE PACKS WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT FULLY EXPERIENCING THE TRUE BEAUTY OF THIS SCHEMATIC. THE LIGHTING AND ARCHITECTURE WAS BASED COMPLETELY ON THESE TWO PACKS, THIS CANNOT BE STRESSED ENOUGH. Again, You're going to need Both WorldEdit and something like FAWE to load this properly into your world, FYI.

I hope you enjoy!

Couldn't open it via MCEdit 0.1.7.1. The error said "KeyError('Key Blocks Not Found.',)"   by MatthewStevenGo

Hey man, so I updated the description, but since this was copied with WorldEdit, its in a .schem format. What you'd have to do is convert this to a .schematic file which can be done here: https://puregero.github.io/SchemToSchematic/ and then paste it into MCEdit. I haven't been able to make it work on MCEdit 2, but MCEdit 1 it does work. I don't even recommend this though due to the missing blocks, plants, texture changes etc. that you're going to get from using this in 1.12.2, when I based this whole project on 1.14.4 content. Your best bet is to have BOTH WorldEdit AND FAWE, or, Fast Asymmetric WorldEdit installed on forge in order to load this. IF you try and load this in just world edit, the block count is 34 million+ and it just crashes due to trying to load those blocks all at once. BUT. with FAWE it loads by chunks which is way more manageable for most computers, and I had no problems doing things that way. I hope this helps!
