What can I say? Modern house.So what? I have nothing to say of modern house with a helicopter on the roof :3 Main color is green. The house used about 148000 blocks well, like all minus I built it on the server and was therefore used decorative head, which in normal survival do not get. In principle more cons there is no ) [Update from 2016]

The Question is: Is it really your build? I saw it a few years ago on planetminecraft and downloaded it also for my server, so I ask me why you upload it first now here? It's more then 3 years old if I think correct ;)

Yes you are right it with planetminecraft, remade as many players complained that let's say years on the roof and in the Windows melted.

Sorry a typo the ice on the roof melted and elsewhere in the house(Sorry for my English)
