"Fire & Water" Mystic Keep
This is the keep I built as the centerpiece of the spawn town on my server. It has a total of five levels (two with high ceilings and chandeliers) connected with a large spiral staircase, and has pretty much everything you'd need in a home: living space, work bench and furnaces, lots of chests, brewing stands, enchantment table, etc.
A couple of things need to be noted. First, this is a 1.6.2 schematic. It makes use of stained clay and carpets. If you try to load it into an older version world, you'll end up with a lot of missing blocks. (In fact, you'll basically have no floors.) Second, the lighting is designed for ambiance, not efficiency; it is NOT sufficient to prevent mob spawning. If you're not putting the keep in a region where hostile mob spawning has been turned off, you'll need to add more light.
