Similar experience to Tsaupaetra. The stairwell was very dark and a lot of hostile MOBs, particularly creepers, spawned there. Luckily it was a creative map and no damage was done. I will probably remove the entire stairwell and replace it with something a lot more functional, aesthetically pleasing and well lit.
The ground floor was nice and what one would expect from a hotel. The guest floors were well done too. The suite at the top could have been better lit and isolated from the top of the stairwell.

Pros:
Beautiful individualized rooms, all customized. Creative lighting system allows you to show a room that is occupied.
Restaurant with Bar and kitchen.
Exercise room? and pool area. Be careful how you paste, if you put it in the air some of the pools will be a bottomless pit!
Interesting method of lighting, makes it look fancy

Cons:
It's nice, but the stairs are horrendous to navigate, the schematic itself wasn't prepared too well (still some signs and whatnot from the server that doesn't make sense in a vanilla setting) and the apparent elevator was a dud (missing a supporting plugin perhaps?)
The stairwell also has a critical flaw that can allow you to accidentally fall to your death if you trip in a certain place...
You will want to use a plugin that can fix lighting, as the first paste broke a lot of it, especially in the stairwell.

Summary:
Overall, this is a great piece of work, useful for people who don't want to have to build on their own (sometimes small) plot just for protection from the elements.

Other:
I have made some major modifications to it, for ease of use and a little aesthetics. When I fix it up for general use I may make a post ;) ... Maybe. We'll see if I'm that ambitious.
