A simple, furnished, manor house designed for the City of Avalon. Was originally going to be a community feature, but I decided against it.

Great little house, only trouble was it caught fire so I had to reduce the fireplace a bit |

Sorry to hear that it has been catching fire for some people. Most of my builds come from a server where firespread is disabled, but I'll make a note for any future uploads about whether or not I tested in a world where firespread is enabled. |
