you need mcedit or world edit to use it download the mod start minecraft so that it creates the worldedit folder in the configs then place the schematic in the scematics folder thats already there or that you created then in game hit //schem load mcedit filename-.schematic

Ok, what Ill try is the following:

1: Get rid of the water (for now)
2. Place trap doors around the dirt blocks you got up there
3. Put the water inbetween the dirt platforms. Take care that its all flowing to the middle.

The dirt platforms would need to be at least 2 blocks high for this.

Hope this helped a little.
