Hi,
Just checked and I forgot to put a filter item in the hoppers.
For it to work put an item that would never enter the storage, like a Polished Andesite Slab in the remaining 4 slots.
It should look like this: 41 pieces of wool in the first slot and 1 piece of the block of your choice in the remaining slots, so one item per slot totaling 4 pieces per hopper.
I will remove this schematic and post a new one so you can download the fixed version or fix it yourself.
