there should just be basic blocks nothing that isn't in vanilla minecraft. Colored clay, Glass, Iron, Glowstone etc

if you want to be technical it would be closer to say An oracle of Apollo at Delphi... just like it delphi wasn't the only place to house an oracle nor was it the only temple. but it's not specifically Pythia only one of Apollo's oracles thus Oracle of Apollo.
I suppose you could make it Phythia if you use it on a server.since to my knowledge when you mention the oracle of Delphi people tend to mean her. i confused the matter by making a town called Delphi on the server.
at any rate calling her an oracle of Apollo (or really you can make her an oracle or priestess of any deity i suppose i just know the ones for Apollo and Zeus) makes it easier if you name the city something else for example Corinth to pull a name out of a hat.. then it would be Oracle of Apollo at Corinth.
