This is a simple beach home that uses Simple Elevator by Benz56 to go do different levels in the warehouse. The house has LOTS of storage, a second level that has a workshop, brewery and enchanting room as well as an exit leading down to a Blaze grinder. The lower floor is a garden and netherwart farm. The main house is simple but stylish. The best way to load this is to be at Y-axis 81 and paste it facing forward. This is a great home base for a survival server.
