Sorry, I'm pretty terribad at uploading things properly so that anyone else can make sense of it.
Same old spiel, the file's three years old, and several people worked on it under the same name...So I really couldn't tell you what there is or where to find it.

Feel free to take buildings out of here and use them yourself ( I have on a handful of occasions in this file) (sorry). Most everything (~96%) has been placed by hand, and it should take you some time to explore it all.
