Description

My first ever creation, requested by my son after our visit to Arles (France) :-)
A classic roman style arena, with corridors and stairs organisation inspired by real historical maps.
If we take one block for one meter, the size is realistic.
Done in many many many hours by hand (i just learned the /fill when it was already finished !).
I've used a little MCEdit just to duplicate one half of the arena.
It is left empty on purpose, for my son to make it's own decoration... plus I don't know all the blocks and combinations. So it's quite rudimentary and not very sexy. But I think quite functional.
There is a large wood tribune outside, and a few places outside and inside for making shops or storage areas. The underground is quite simple, but with places for storage also, and cages :-)

If you like it, feel free to edit it, make improvements, etc., and show me :-)

Just learning World Edit and I needed a coliseum schematic. This was wonderful as it was, but I needed more of a race track and a narrower version, perhaps not as tall. I was able to slice and stitch this together and it actually fits rather well. My project is to recreate ancient Jerusalem in Minecraft. It is a daunting project, now made a bit easier, thanks to this marvelous work.
